The IRB1660ID is designed for a variety of applications requiring fast, repeatable and highly accurate point-to-point or path movements. It is ideally suited for customers requiring unrestricted accessibility to gain maximum productivity in their high-robot-density arc welding solutions and for machine tending applications in confined spaces.
Designed to provide superior performance in machine and press tending, and other heavy-payload applications. Ideal for “jigless” applications where robot positions part for processing by other robots or two robots handle a single part. Full six-axis capability with parallellink construction for strength, rigidity and stabilization of high moment/ inertia loads. Heavy-duty bearings provide smooth arm rotation.
Powerful, high-speed robot with long/extended articulated arm offers superior performance in arc welding, coating, dispensing, material cutting and handling applications. Wide work envelope with small interference zone allows robot to be placed close to workpieces and equipment which reduces required floorspace.
The IRB 5350 door opener robot is a compact and precise robot assistant for automotive interior painting, both for stop-and-go and moving-line solutions.

Powerful six-axis handling robot features high-rigidity speed reducers and high-speed motion which reduce cycle times. The MH225 features increased payload capacity as well as increased speed of each axis over previous models. Base design reduces robot interference radius to only 515 mm, the lowest in its class. This allows the robot to be mounted closer to machines and fixtures, making best use of valuable floorspace.
ABB's smallest ever multipurpose industrial robot weighs just 25kg and can handle a payload of 3kg (4kg for vertical wrist) with a reach of 580mm. It is a cost-effective and reliable choice for generating high production outputs in return for low investment. A white finish Clean Room ISO 5 (Class 100) version, certified by IPA, is also available.

While keeping its trademark compact, agile and lightweight features, the six-axis IRB 120T variant delivers a substantial increase in the maximum speeds of axis 4,5 and 6, resulting in cycle time improvements of up to 25%.
