The Challenge

The team found it easy to repurpose content in ScreenSteps, making the guides more versatile and the live training sessions more engaging. For self-paced training, the team used ScreenSteps to create training exercises and guides, which were then exported as PDFs and uploaded to Litmos. This streamlined the process of creating and managing training content, making it easier for the team to produce more high-quality material.
